Yangmee Lor, PMP, ACNP
Executive Director & Founder
Yangmee Lor is the founder and executive director of PABNEEG. She is a certified Project Management Professional - PMI, an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional, and MBA Candidate. Appointed by Governor Jared Polis to Colorado's 988 Crisis Hotline Enterprise Board of Directors, Yangmee brings a community-centered perspective to public service. Through PABNEEG, she works alongside community members and local partners to expand access to learning opportunities and trusted resources.
Sky Palmon
Youth Leader
2024 AANHPI Young Leader Awardee
Sky Palmon is an honors student at the University of Denver, majoring in International Business and Leadership Studies. As a youth leader with COEMBRaCE, Sky supports immigrant and refugee communities through advocacy, cultural exchange, and peer engagement.

Sekia is a grad student at the University of Denver studying Higher Education. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and is passionate about working with students and helping them find their passions.

Chona Palmon is a dedicated community organizer with experience in event coordination, volunteer recruitment, and grassroots outreach. Known for her reliability and heart for service, Chona brings strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to every project.
Ashelie Skalicky
Life & Transformational Coach
Ashelie is a Life Coach who empowers women to take control of their lives. After 10 years in network marketing, she became certified in health, life and transformational coaching through the Health Coach Institute.

Marius strives to enhance organizational cohesion by actively fostering intercultural understanding among diverse teams and stakeholders. He is committed to promoting empathy, advancing cultural awareness, and facilitating effective communication strategies.

Txawj Nplooj Yang is a dedicated advocate for Hmong community advancement, cultural preservation, and intergenerational leadership. He is passionate about strengthening community connections, expanding access to educational and economic opportunities, and supporting initiatives that empower individuals and families.
