PABNEEG's team brings together experienced community leaders, multilingual outreach professionals, educators, and collaborative partners committed to providing practical community support, language access, and public education across Colorado.

Executive Director & Founder
Yangmee Lor is the Founder of PABNEEG and a survivor-informed community leader focused on culturally grounded domestic violence prevention, youth mental health resilience, and community-centered support initiatives. She serves on the 988 Colorado Mental Health Line Enterprise Board and is an Advanced Certified Nonprofit Professional (ACNP), Certified Mediator, and holds the CAPM certification through PMI.

Sky Palmon is an honors student at the University of Denver, majoring in International Business and Leadership Studies. As a youth leader with COEMBRaCE, Sky supports immigrant and refugee communities through advocacy, cultural exchange, and peer engagement.

Sekia is a grad student at the University of Denver studying Higher Education. She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and is passionate about working with students and helping them find their passions.

Community Culture Advocate & Volunteer Coordinator
Chona Palmon is a dedicated community organizer with experience in event coordination, volunteer recruitment, and grassroots outreach. Known for her reliability and heart for service, Chona brings strong organizational skills and a collaborative spirit to every project.

Life & Transformational Coach
Ashelie is a Life Coach who empowers women to take control of their lives. After 10 years in network marketing, she became certified in health, life and transformational coaching through the Health Coach Institute.

Small Business Owner & Community Advocate
Mai is a community advocate and cultural strategist with a passion for uplifting immigrant and refugee communities through education, mental health awareness, and civic engagement. Rooted in Hmong heritage, Mai focuses on cross-cultural collaboration and equity-driven programming.

Board Member
Marius strives to enhance organizational cohesion by actively fostering intercultural understanding among diverse teams and stakeholders. He is committed to promoting empathy, advancing cultural awareness, and facilitating effective communication strategies.
